Makayla had tubes put in her ears this morning. She did very well! We arrived at the outpatient center at 8:30 and she was ready by 9:30. I [Jen] was able to go back to the operating room with her. It took just a few minutes for her to go to sleep from the gas mask.
Twenty minutes later she was awake and hungry!

She wasn't sure what to think, but she still did well. She never even cried when the nurse took her blood pressure.

We are glad this is over and
Makayla is on the road to recovery and hopefully NO MORE PAINFUL EAR INFECTIONS! So far she has been playing and back to her normal funny self. She
definitely is walking now. That's all she wants to do! Yea

I am glad all went well and that you were able to go with her to surgery!! Praying for no more ear infections!!
I am so glad Makayla had a successful surgery! I was praying. Mom gave me an update later that day. I didn't want to call and bother you. I PRAY she can sleep all night from here on out!!!!!!!
I'm glad the surgery went well and that she is back to herself. She's such a cutie!
