Why is it?

Why is it that....
1. Makaya is an angel for her grandparents? "She never cries for us," they say. I keep telling them she has a bad temper, which must be from Scott, not me.

2. Grandma can get Makayla to sleep through the night, but her parents can't?


Makayla spent her first night away from her parents so that Mommy and Daddy could get a good night's rest. And we did! And then we were awoken at 8:15 a.m. to the phone ringing. It was Scott's mom bragging about how long Makayla slept. 7 1/2 hours she claims. Thanks MOM! Actually she gave me some good tips to try out. And I feel so rested. Let's make this a weekly thing shall we???? :)

I know! I don't know what it is! Grandparents always have that magic touch.

Mom and Dad were both cute on the phone today..I could tell they were enjoying taking care of Makayla. I am glad you and Scott were able to go out and do something...you need that.

The same thing happened to me when Rachel spent the night with my mom the first time. I was rather annoyed.
